Application Process

To be accepted to JCS, a family must submit a complete application to the school including:

  • Report Card
  • Shot Records
  • Letter of Recommendation from Pastor
  • Letter of Recommendation from Teacher or Administrator ( for all secondary students)
  • School Picture/Snapshot

When the application is complete, and there is an opening, the family is called in for an interview.

Enrollment Fee

An enrollment fee of $350 is due at the time of acceptance (for new students) or by 1st April (for returning students). There are discounts available to students for early payments, as follows:

  • $100 off if paid by March 31;
  • $50 off if paid by April 30.
  • After April 30 full fee will be charged.

THE ENROLLMENT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Athletics:

  • Middle School (6-8th)  $450
  • High School (9-12th)  $500

High School Retreat (mandatory for 9th-12th) $350

Tuition Schedule

2024–2025 SCHOOL YEAR

  • Pre-K 1/2 day               $3,300.00

  • PreK-5th Grade           $6,600.00

  • 6th-8th Grade             $6,765.00

  • 9th-11th grade            $6,930.00

  • 12th grade                    $7,095.00

Child 2:  $800 discount
Children 3+:  $1200 discount each

+$1,200 Fundraising Fee per Family

Every Family has the opportunity to raise up to $1,200 above their base tuition by participating in fundraising through the school or may choose to add the $1,200 to their tuition.  

Tuition may be paid in one, two, ten or twelve payments, as follows:

  • One payment (full amount due)
    August 1st. (5% off tuition only)
  • Two payments (½ amount due each payment)
    August 1st, January 1st. (5% off tuition only)
  • 10 payments –
    Monthly, beginning August 5th or 20th
  • 12 payments –
    Monthly, beginning June 5th or 20th
